On Wednesday 24th February Stephen Williams, in his capacity as Liberal Democrat spokesman for Innovation, Universities & Skills, spoke about the Party's policies for higher education at the Times Higher Education pre-election debate.
Mr Williams took part in this debate with his counterparts from the Labour and Conservative parties: David Willetts (Conservative spokesman) and David Lammy (Labour Minister).
